A brief of Pardis campus cinema facilities in Mellat park Tehran
Pardis campus cinema in Mellat Park Tehran located in the southwest side of Mellat Park with the area of 16,000 square meters, has been designed and conducted with modern, global and advanced facilities and installations. By reliance on the technical knowledge and potential within the country, thermal and cooling energy production is provided in this complex using three boilers and two absorption chiller devices. Considering in design and embedding facility spaces vertically and on each other allowed for conducting energy distribution from engine room to consumption endpoints in manhole installation tunnel and vertical risers while preserving technical standards and ease of operation and maintenance and long life.
To provide comfort conditions, in addition to controlling temperature and humidity in the above project, it is intended to control the amount of fresh air and voice transmission and pollution and the amount of air circulation. Twenty two ventilators will satisfy the above requirements.
The complex has a complete intelligent Building Management System Known as BMS. In addition to saving energy and performance monitoring, this system encompasses issues such as danger, fire fighting and fire alarm, security, traffic control, lighting control, and power distribution. The complex is equipped with emergency power generation system which has two generators.
Considering the related booster pumps and two concrete water storage tanks with a capacity of 150 cubic meters in the vicinity of the project, the necessary predictions have been considered and made regarding the storage and supply of water pressure during consumption and fire fighting.
It has been predicted to move between floors using escalators and elevators, in addition, the above project is equipped with fire fighting system while observing standards, including boxes and hoses and extinguishers and addressable fire alarm. The complex sewage is disposed after anaerobic treatment and it is possible to be connected to the city sewage system.
In the project implementation, innovation in using new materials especially in the air distribution of cinema halls using non-metallic materials without any need for thermal and audio insulation and the use of standard plastic pipes for consuming water distribution and lightening have been intended.
